Our drivers check every coach at the end of each journey. If something has been left, we’ll do everything we can to reunite you with it.

How it works

  1. Tell us what was lost and on which journey.
  2.  We check the relevant vehicle and depot.
  3. We’ll work with you to arrange the collection or return of your item.

Lost Property collection

We do our best to reunite passengers with any items left behind. A small discretionary £5 charge will apply when collecting reclaimed items, which helps cover administration and storage costs.

Please note, items should be reclaimed within 7 days of travel to avoid additional storage charges.
